What is Sports Performance and how can it make your athlete a better player?
Sports Performance training teaches an athlete several components to become more athletic.  Velocity's scientifically tested training programs teach athlete's how to be fast, quicker, stronger, more agile, improved balance, 1st step quickness, lateral movement, and injury prevention.  No matter what position your child plays, improvement in these attributes will make him a better baseball player.  It still up to him to hit the ball, but we can get him to first faster!  Getting a better jump on the ball to get those shots in the gap!  First step quickness and lateral movement for the corners and middle infielders.  Balance, stability, and power for pitchers.
