I'm curious as to why the tournaments are listed as 2009.  Did we miss 2008 on
the calendar?  It's 2009 throughout the web site.  I assume these tournaments
are for 2008.

The 2009 season started August 1. The new season always starts August 1, and that is also when all players and teams move up in age. It is the same for most sanctions and for Little League; it does not go by calendar year.
