I'd like to know more about the 501  c 3.  Do I need a password to access the document?  Do I qualify for exempt status as a member of the BABA?

I have emailed you the password to open the nonprofit documents. Your organization must file your own paperwork with the IRS to qualify for 501(c)(3) status. The approval process takes 3-12 months after filing.
