I can't read the tournament schedule for the new year's tournament. I tried installing the Exel program but still can't bring it up. I have not had any trouble in the past bringing up schedules. What else can I do to bring them up? My grandson plays and I want to be able to see when and where. I like the new website but if you can't get anything off of it it is no use to me.

Thanks,
Sherry

Sherry,

What version of Windows are you running? It makes a difference as to which Excel Viewer you install.

If you have the correct Viewer, one thing that has worked in the past is saving the schedule to your hard drive (such as your Desktop), opening the Excel Viewer that you have installed, and then opeing the schedule through the Excel Viewer. This method works better than just clicking on the schedule to open it after you install the Excel Viewer.

What other problems have you had with the new website? Through feedback like yours we can make improvements and corrections.

If this doesn't work, please let me know what division your grandson is in and what team he is on, and I will copy his schedule here for you.

Note: The schedule is now also posted in HTML format for those having trouble with the Excel view. It's still easier to print the Excel-format schedule though.
