It is with great sadness that BABA reports that Nancy Mitchell, concession manager at Bobby Beach and Vice President and treasurer of La Marque Little League, passed away Wednesday, December 17 after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband Marcus Mitchell, five children, and numerous other family members.
 
The viewing was held at Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque on Friday, December 19 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Crowder Funeral Home is on the corner of Ross and Texas Ave (FM 1765) in La Marque.
 
The directors at Bay Area Baseball Association would like to express their warmest condolences to the Mitchell family. Nancy will be greatly missed by all, and nothing will ever be the same without her.
