Please help, I have looked throught he Nations rules and do not see the procedure for turning down a berth.  We are playing in a Fall league and have "extra" players on our team.  The last thing I want to do is get them frozen on our team... for them and us.  I understand most of the time in fall ball does not have "berths" but would rather be safe than sorry... and it would be good to know for the spring.

Thanks in advance for your help!

In Nations Baseball, you can turn down berths through April, even in World Series qualifiers. Under no circumstances can you be frozen in the fall if you don't want to be, certainly not through a fall league. You are fine.
