The Amateur Baseball Report (ABR) has agreed for 2008 to become a Participating Organization in USA Baseball’s 14U National Team Identification Series (NTIS). The NTIS will consist of two events, one on the East Coast and one on the West Coast, which will be held for the purpose of USA Baseball selecting the 2008 14U National Team. 216 players will compete over Labor Day weekend for the right to make The USA 14U National Team. Six 18 player teams will participate at each event. Five of the six teams in the East and one of the six teams in the West will be selected through Amateur Baseball Report events.
